WHAT IS KIMCHI?
Kimchi, a staple in Korean cuisine, is a famous traditional side dish made from salted and fermented vegetables (most commonly Napa Cabbage and Korean Radishes, with a variety of seasonings). With probiotics to support gut health and many other health benefits, Kimchi is not only one of the tastiest Korean dishes but also one of the healthiest!
HOW DOES IT TASTE?
We use only the finest and freshest vegetables (hand picked daily). Premium quality fermented fish sauce, salted bay shrimp, and ripe pear are added into our secret recipe to give a premium taste. Seaweed and Shiitake Mushroom broth are added for nutrients and a delicious umami flavor (a world of difference from machine processed kimchi!).
